John Robert Lewis
In grades K-3, students are asked to answer five of these six basic questions about this American Politician and Civil Rights Leader:

Where was he born?

What obstacles did he face?
-
How did he overcome them?
-
Why is he important?
This project is due on August 31, 2020. Students may interview adults, use the internet or watch the news for answers to these questions.
The project can be done on poster board, paper, using google slides, submission of videos (student answers question or interviews someone who answers the questions, pictures, etc.)
Students may create their own raps, songs or booklets as well. Be creative. Do the best that you can.
This project will count as two grades. One grade will be given in Language Arts and the other in Social Studies.
